To access our Services, you must complete the GoJackpot registration process accurately and truthfully. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one account per person. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension without notice.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify GoJackpot immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x). The total amount of bets required is calculated as the bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit amount, where specified — multiplied by the stated wagering requirement figure.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds remain active in your account, a maximum bet limit of RM250 per spin or wager applies unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Breach of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Online slots typically contribute 100%. • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This maximum cash-out limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: GoJackpot actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, and professional arbitrage betting. GoJackpot reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any associated balances where abuse is detected.

All games offered on the GoJackpot Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each respective game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GoJackpot Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, confiscation of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether personally or through third parties.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for standard user access.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game for financial or reputational gain.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games, including but not limited to poker and live dealer tables.
• Engaging in professional arbitrage, matched betting, or any systematic betting strategy specifically designed to guarantee profit from bonuses or promotional offers ("bonus hunting").
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GoJackpot staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content available on the GoJackpot Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, video content, audio, trademarks, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of GoJackpot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the express prior written consent of GoJackpot.

Any use of our trademarks, service marks, or brand assets — including the GoJackpot name and logo — without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoJackpot, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether or not resulting from reliance on information provided by GoJackpot.
• Interruptions in service, platform downtime, or delays caused by technical failures, maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected by GoJackpot.
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures, or fees.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude GoJackpot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

GoJackpot is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our obligations to protect those individuals seriously.

All registered users have access to the following responsible gambling tools directly within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account pause of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which GoJackpot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account matter, you must first contact GoJackpot Customer Support and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — for resolution through our internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external legal remedy.

GoJackpot's decision in respect of game outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account-related matters shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
